The owner considers Joker ready to put to sea and in sea worthy condition. As with most vessels there will be things to tidy up and be made ready. I have sailed her solo on 3 USA east coast to Bermuda voyages in the last few years and she is easy to handle. My reason for selling is that I’m 76 in January and looking to get a boat with a nicer interior.

Mast is an Isomat double spreader rig and a tides track main sail track new. There is a separate storm trysail track with storm sail. LED spreader lights that illuminate entire deck, and mast steps to the top. Boom has single line reefing setup. Rigged whisker pole. 90% of running rigging is three months old. Two Harken furlers one new drum.
Note: Steve Hollis owner Ocean sails Bermuda who is incredible sailor has inspected the rig on multiple occasions, and always found it to be in good standing I can provide his number.

Pps dripless stuffing box

Safety
Viking Rescue 4 man mounted on stainless steel rack close to the pilot house. The raft is currently I believe six months into its expiration. I’ve had it 3 1/2 years. I got it with half six months already up on it recheck time.

Bulkhead mounted diesel stove.

Water and fuel
No hot water system
Fuel tank is a 2 year old defender marine bladder which has served me well but she needs tanks.
Water is 64 gallons pressurized water, and a galley foot pump, whale gusher Galley

Galley is very functional – there is a very functional force 10 four burner stove with oven. I have not used two of the burners and the oven. I really only use the two big burners on the Force 10 – the other two burners and the oven will probably work if they are cleaned up but I just have messed around with them. The refrigeration system is Frigoboat transducer cooled, and works really well.

Joker is in need of some interior carpentry primarily around the pilot house windows where there were water leaks, which I have now stopped so forward just forward to the galley of the galley bulkhead. There is also some water damage on the bulkhead from a leaking hatch that was not bedded correctly that’s a fiberglass bulkhead in there on this boat so I’m not concerned. Joker in my opinion needs a spray job cosmetically she’s a little rough.

My reason for selling is that I’m 76 in January and looking to get a boat with a nicer interior.

If a buyer desires, and it’s acceptable with customs and immigration to leave Joker in Bermuda or stay on her here, I will offer you my storm mooring in Saint David’s for no charge until April 1st 2024. I will also be happy to give you names and phone numbers and recommend all resources that may be of assistance to you in Bermuda as I am, Bermudian and I know pretty much most people here.

Notes
Joker has a lot of food aboard as she stocked to set sail. She also has multiple spares of almost everything including engine spares, belts, filters, fluids, alternator waters pumps. 50 gallons of diesel, and cost of diesel in Bermuda is 9 dollars a gallon.
I will be removing my personal items personal items defined as my tools, sleeping bags, bedding, some food items, equipment, night, scopes binoculars, all my sailing gear clothing, life vest, celestial navigation, equipment, parallel, rulers, dividers charts – I will make a complete list.
