Brief history | Purchased by Kelly Jordan from George and Barbara Skipworth via Passion Yachts in Portland Oregon on November 30th, 2016. She was dated and in need of serious attention. So I took it into Dike Marine Services in Scappoose Oregon for a refit Refit included, new rudder, new refrigeration system, all new electronics including forward looking sonar, AIS "B", dual independent VHF systems. New sanitation system new bilge, water and seawater pumps. LED retrofitting, Three bank charger and all new AGM Batteries. New life raft and zodiac. Replaced all rigging standing and running along with all hardware associated with it Satellite email system was removed and new sat system installed. Shortwave radio factory re tuned and services. New Led Nav lighting with lights at mast top and deck levels for redundancy. New deck paint and non skid. New SS Dorades and teak boxes. New upholstery and cushions. Headliners replaced. Stove replaced. Heat pump controller replaced. Installation of smart tv, dual power dvd and Internet range extender. Infrared Cameras on mast spreaders. Relocated Propane system and replaced copper with UL listed Gas hoses. New propane alarm and smoke detectors. New high water alarm and an 8 zone water intrusion sensor system. Rebuild of all hydraulic steering pumps and pistons. Lots of other things too. It took me about 1.5 years of work. I discovered a small leak in the diesel tank and am now addressing that. I am located at Willow Grove in Longview as liveaboard slips in Portland are nearly extinct. I plan on sailing south in the late summer 2020. |
